    Need to reverse blower fan direction
    I have a comfort maker furnace and my blower motor went out>got a good deal on a dayton direct drive blower motor and just installed it.my problem is that the motor rotates in the opposite direction that I need it to rotate.there is not a switch that I can see to reverse it.does anyone know if there is anything I can do to get the motor to turn in the other direction?

    Some motors are not reversible. If this one is, somewhere on the motor nameplate or under the "junction box" cover there should be a wiring diagram of how to hook up the connections to reverse it. Get the model number and all the details and go to Dayton's website. You may be able to get info there or find a link to contact support. I don't have any first hand experience with them, just an idea.
