    Birth certificate
    I need my birth certificate because it got lost and I have no idea where it is. I need one for information and proof of identity for driving and stuff. I'm not sure what hospital I was born at either. I need my certificate and I'm not sure how to obtain one. Can anyone help me? :confused:
