1988 Chevy S-10 Pickup Heater Core
How do you locate the heater core on a 1988 Chevy S-10 Pickup and how do you replace it. The thing is, is that the coolant is leaking on the passenger side floor board so I assume it's the Heater Core.

It might be a hose and not the core.

Your talking about the heater hose that's inside the cab?

There are heater hoses running to the heater core but typically, if it is leaking inside the cab it's due to the core itself being faulty.

The labor guide says anywhere from 2-3 hours, depending on if your truck has air conditioning. It's not too bad, considering the 7-8 hours it takes to replace the same part on a Taurus! :)
