    Vacation rental cancellation refunds
    When a person cancels their reservation how long do I have to legally get their deposit and their balance they paid back to them? Thank you, Carole

    Depends on the terms of the rental, some have a no refund policy at all. Others may up to 24 or 48 hours.

    You have to read the terms of your rental and/or reservation agreement
