    Custody in Texas
    In the state of Texas my ex can let go of custody but must continue support unless she is adopted by someone else... any one know any free legal downloads?:o

    I think she believes her ex can sign away his rights, but still pay child support till someone adopts.

    If this is the case, no, he does not have to use his rights, but he does not just sign them over.

    For the child support that order needs to go though the court.
