    What do I do if I know someone obscounding?
    What do I do if I know someone who is obscounding? Do I turn them in? If so, is there a way to do that with out ever giving my name, or for that person to ever find out it was me?

    Do you have proof? Is this someone you work with, a friend, family member?

    It seems that all our legal experts are off line right now, perhaps you should expand your story a bit, give us more info.

    So are they wanted, do they have a warrant out for them,

    Or they on bail
