    Charged fee
    I have been charged a fee of 39.95 on my debit and I don't know nothing about it, so what do I need to do to get it refunded to my account?

    Contact your bank and ask for details about the charge and lodge a protest against it.

    You will need to call / and or go in and dispute the charge, but debit cards are not like credit cards and most do not offer the same protection for false charges.

    First the bank will or should be able to tell you where the charge came from, and details on the charge. If it can be proven that it is a fraud, you should get credit.
