Once a wood plank or laminate is water damaged it not likely brought back to life. Is this a masonite type backed lamination surface?

Is the damaged board discolored due to water or is wrinkled and no good due to water damage? Either way, I agree with ballengerb1, it is very unlikely that it can be "brought back". Your planks most likely have a particle board type backing. You can cut the damaged board out and replace it with an extra board. However, there is a certain way to cut the tonque side of the replacement board.

Sorry Should have posted in last answer.. You will also have to scrape up the old glue. You can apply new glue to the back of the replacement piece when you ready to set it. Use minreal spirits to remove any glue should it get on the floor
