    Toilet bowl water levels
I have a new environmentally friendly toilet. A floweze by American Standard. It is designed to use much less water than some new and older models. The problem I have is there is only a cup of water in the bottle of a very tall narrow bowl. Practically every time someone uses the bathroom the toilet needs to be cleaned again because of splashing, etc that is unavoidable - not enough water to catch anything.

I've looked in the tank (which is very small) and there is a huge enclosed unit in the middle of the tank, it isn't like the conventional toilets where one can adjust the float. How can I make changes to increase the amount of water staying in the toilet bowl?

I do like the design of the toilet plus I like the idea of conserving water, however another cup or two of water IS required. The toilet was about $400. And purchased about three months ago. I don't believe I can return it to the store.

Any suggestions to assist me with this issue are greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.
