    Effects of salomon vs salomon
    The House of Lords (the highest court in UK) held in Salomon v Salomon that the act of incorporating a boot making business as a company effectively separating the business from its members (shareholders).
    What do you think made the judges came to such a decision? Give as many opinions as possible.
