    What to do now?
I was attempted to be served by process server about a foreclosure on my house. What do I or even, can I do now? Also, how long will the process take usually to remove us from the house? We have just been struck with all kinds of issues and just got behind trying to pay 2 mortgage payments since my tenant skipped out and I can't find her.

Initially, you must decide whether to stay or to leave. If you are trying to stay, then you need a repayment plan. In what state do you reside? The law varies depending on whether you have judicial foreclosure or notice foreclosure. You may be eligible for Chapter 13 relief under bankrutpcy; it works quite well. But you need to stay current with any changes Congress is contemplating with respect to modifying the principal amount of your mortgage debts in bankruptcy.

Thanks, I live in Florida. I was thinking about moving back to Maryland instead of staying, so I was wondering how long does the process take.
