    Changing thermal fuse
    I recently changed my dryer thermostat, and when I went to change the thermal fuse the two wires coming off it were not connected to anything. Where do these two wires go? I have a Crosley Heavy Duty dryer

    They are usually in series, were they never hooked up? 2 wires hook to that thermal.

    I see the two wires coming off the thermal fuse but they are burnt on the other end and not connected to anything

    They are on the thermal fuse, on that end , but on the other end they are connected to nothing.

    They came off something, look higher up on duct work for other sensors.
