    I'm trying to get my w2s but to no avail
    I've been trying to get my w2s but it seems as if my employer will not coerect my address and as a result I haven't received my w2s because address is incorrect.ive tried several times but they will not respond to my request.and I need my taxes to move into new home my home was set ablaze new years day.

    Call your employer and have him fax or scan-and-email your W-2 to you.

    The faxed/scanned copy, if legible, will suffice to file your return.

    If your employer refuses to cooperate, you can report him to the IRS, but that may result in termination.
