    Olympia,wa lease signed have not moved in and I have changed my mind
    Does anybody know how to get out of a home rental lease when you have not moved in and it was just this afternoon?

    Hello d:

    You're not going to get out of the lease. It IS a binding contract... You can negotiate your way out, but it's going to cost you something, like maybe a months rent.
