    US Tax returns filling with L1 B Visa
    I have L1 B Visa

    My wife and kinds are with L2 sataus and not working. I have not applied for SSN or ITIN for them.

    Can you please let me know, how can I proceed in filling the Tax returns.

    You will need to submit Forms W-7 with your tax return to get ITINs for your wife and child.

    The process is somewhat complex for the average person, but my firms handles such returns routinely.
