    Motion to attach real estate
    My old landlord has filed a civil suit against me claiming owed rent. I have purchased a home with someone I am unmarried to. There is a motion to attach real estate filed by the landlord. My house is worth $300,000.00 and the calim is for $9,400.00. Will this motion be approved. This is MA courts.

    And I will ask, who is this person you are buying a house with, do you have written agreements to what happens if one person wants out of the arrangement.
