    Will I owe IRS for receiveing workmans comp
    I have been receiving workmans comp sense 08/20/2007 will I owe IRS money for federal and state taxes. I receive 75 % of my pay for on the job injuries.

    Worker's comp is not taxable for federal purposes. I would assume this would be true for most state, but since I am not familiar with every state, I can not be 100% sure it is exempt in your state.
