    Re-do Custody
    I presently and for the last five years have 50 50 custody of my son joint and leagal. My son is now 11 yrs. He does not want to live with his mom, but he would like to see her.

    What age can children decide whick parant they would like live with.

    AT 18 they can go and live with who they want

    Before that you have to go to court and file for a change in custody
    Some courts will talk to chidren 11, others want them to be at least 12.

    The judge will also look at other issues, so the other parent can show reasons this should not happen also. Just because they want to, does not mean the judge will but they will consider what the child wants
