    Form 1040NR
    Can a person file 1040 NR form een if doesn't meet the criterion for it. if yes than for how many years can a person file Form 1040NR if he is not legally a citizen of this country/green card holder?

    You need to share a LOT more information if you want a cogent answer.

    We need to know:

    - From what country did you originate?
    - What is your visa status?
    - Are you married? Children?
    - When did you first arrive in the U.S.
