    Hello boomer:

    In order to give you information that you can rely on, the Dr. is right. A lot more information is needed. You really can't count on a short and sweet answer.

    Unless, of course, you really have given us the nuts and bolts. In which case, the answer is no. You can't sell anything without clear title.
