    Car accident
    If I'm pulling a trailer take a left turn and some one hits the back of my trailer is it 50% 50% falt?

    I don't see how it could be your fault, unless you were turning from the wrong lane or something odd like that.

    Did you cut the person off when turning?

    Originally, I had taken it as the OP was struck from behind but now that you posted that, I realized that s/he could very well have been crossing traffic without enough time to complete their maneuver. If it's the latter, I'd have to say they're both at fault with the majority of the blame getting placed on the OP; the other car should have slowed down when they saw someone in their way, unless there was absolutely no time to do so.
