    How much will I get back for my tax refund?
    I am currently separated from my husband and this is the first time I will be filing taxes myself. I will be filing married living separately. I have two children and I made 60,000 last year. The federal income tax withheld was 5800.

    ANY chance of filing jointly and you splitting the refund? Because filing jointly normally produces the biggest refund.

    If not, and assuming you are filing Head of Household and NOT itemizing, you will get a refund of about $1,100.
