    New to Computer
    I am really having a problem with dvd43. Every time I start my computer it tells me I have 0/2 idle. I do not know how to get this off and in the meantime I can not use my burner. Can someone help please. I am not that good with a computer.

    You will need to find the drivers and install them. Otherwise use a system restore disc that came with your computer.

    You could have corrupt files in you system directory.

    Hi,
    Please check your hardware device from device manager.
    Go to control panel > system >device manager > select the scan for hardware device, if device manager found any hardware then try to install or everything fine then go to start > run > type msconfig > start uphttps://www.askmehelpdesk.com/computers-beginners/internet-explorer-8-add-ons-disabled-328955.html > remove the error start up entry then OK and reboot your computer.
