    Low water pressure
We just replaced our old kitchen faucet (which had great water pressure) with a new one. It has a vegetable sprayer and the hot and cold control on the let side of the faucet. After installation the water pressure went down to half of what we had. Almost a trickle. We have replaced the cartidge in the water control but that didn't seem to help. Any suggestions before we put our old cruddy faucet back in?

    Hi Jeremy123...

Try removing the aerator... see picture

Here, untwist the aerator at the end of the spout CLOCKWISE to remove and then clean the aerator of any sediment. While the aerator is out run hot and cold water to clear the lines of any remaining sediment. If pressure/volume of water is poor without the aerator in place then issue is below at the cartridge or at the shutoffs below.

Then re-install the aerator. If flow is good, you're all set. If not, then you need to replace the aerator.

If no flow of water when the aerator is removed then pop back and let us know what name brand faucet you have... ok?

    Thanks...
