    What to do about frozen well water?
    300' well. Subfreezing temps for 2 days. No water from either hot/cold faucets.

    If you have a well house in the ground there Use a hair dryer to thaw the line out If it frozen in the ground and you know about where the line is get some straw and pile it up a foot high and 3 or 4 feet wide to use the ground temp to thaw it out. It works but takes some time. If you thaw out and loose pump pressure then you may have a split line in the ground or at the well. If the pump is in the inside of the house/basement check it there at the wall to see if its frozen there use hair dryer to thaw pipes. If it's the well you can use a 100 what light bulb to keep the well pit warmer for the cold weather
