    Spouse out of country- how should I file?
    My husband and I separated earlier last year and he moved back home to Sweden in May 2008. We are still legally married but I have since changed the status on my W2 to single claiming 1. What is the best way for me to file?

    You can file as married filing jointly (which may not be possible), married filing separately or head of household (if you have a qualifying child).
