    Job hunting
    I was convicted of 2 counts of theft & violated my probation but my record will be exsponged in 2 months, I received my phlebotomy degree Nov 08 is it OK to apply for a job now or should I wait until my record is exsponged

    Do you need a State license? Depending on the extent of the background check sources can still "see" your criminal record. I don't know if that would affect licensing in your State or not.
