You have started a second post rather than continuing the original. Please go back to the last post of the old one and continue from there on so we can all see what is happening. Thanks

Please do as ballenger1 says. You will have a better chance of getting advice if we know what the original problem is. LIke to help, but can't from this info.

Did you remove the stem assemblies from each side of the faucet? See example faucet below.
Here, shut the shutoffs off below faucet and then remove handles from the faucet and then remove the stem unit assemblies (#3 in pic. Below) and check for and sediment/debris that could be clogging the faucet. While the stems are out pulse the hot and cold water on/off to clear the lines of sediment... cover the valve with a rag while doing this. Be sure not to lose #4 (seats and springs)... ;)
Then re-assemble and hopefully all set. If not, if say there was no water when you tried to pulse the water to the faucet (without stem in place) then the next step is to go below to the shutoffs, shut the water main itself, drain pipes and then remove the guts to the shutoffs, pulse to clear lines, just like above, and see if water appears there...
All in all you need to chase this backward until you find water.
Let me know if need more... glad to help!

By pulse I mean I want you to cover hot or cold side of faucet with a rag... without stem units in place... and then turn the shutoffs to on for a second or two to allow water to run through each side of the faucet. This will confirm water is present to this point and should clear faucet of any sediment/debris (if present).
Let us know what you find.

OK now we did the assemblies and we got water out of the handle parts but nothing out of the faucet should the faucet still be assembled? With the stems out of handles?

Yup!
Like John said, put all parts back into the faucet and see if that helped. If not, you will definitely need to get us more information /brand name, etc... ok?
Thanks...
