    Animated kids movie from 80's
    I saw this kids movie a long time ago about a fairy who looks down on earth and one day goes down to help out these kids, which is not allowed.

    Sounds good. Do you remember ANYTHING else? Animate, not animated. More drama or more comedy? How many kids? How old were the kids about?really young or more like early teens. Anything?
