    No hot water at wits end
    H guys am at my wits end . Have no hot water.. did the usual pt hose on mixer tap in kitchen turned on hot water tap then cold and had hot water then when turned off appliance back to square one again no water comingfrom ht water taps please help

    Is faucet the only valve affected of have you lost hoy water throughout the house? Please give us more details such as the brand name of the kitchen faucet, one handle or two knobs? How old? Let's hear back from you. Tom

    Hi sorry only back was still trying to get water going! No hot water throughout the entire house. But when I put the hose on mixer tap on kitchen first I turn on hot water tap then cold water tap and I then have hot water throughout the house but when I turn off the hose it's the same again no water at all coming out of hot water taps .

    Let's see if I understand. You attach a garden hose to the spout on your kitchen faucet spout and open up,the hot water, then the cold and you get hot water throughout the house? Go down btom the water heater and tell me if you have heat trap nipples,(see image) coming out of your heater. Let me know, Tom
