    Are Apts Tax Deductible in Texas?
    I really just need to know if My apartment is tax deductible.. First Year Filer

    Normally, no!

    It CAN be deductible if you are working at a temporary job somewhere OTHER than your home city, and you are maintaining a home in your home city in addition to your apartment at your job location.
