Change old thermosat to new one
When taking out a T-90 general control thermosat I did not label the wires. Trying to install a new honeywell, its not working. I can't get the old wires in the right order.
Blue goes to... Red goes to... Green goes to... White goes to... New sat has Rh,Rc,G,W |

It is a shame you did not write down which color wire went where on the old thermostat. Without that knowledge wiring the new thermostat can be guess work and that is not good. I suggest you go to the furnace and see where the wires for the thermostat are hooked to. List the terminals G,W.Y.R, etc with the color of wire attached to that terminal. Then post that info back here so we can figure it out and be accurate about it so no damage happens to your new thermostat or equipment.

Did not label wires from a general control T-90 thermosat Duh! It has a 4 wire line red, blue, white and green. I saw on a earlier post that T-90 has g,f,c,h,v on its sat. The new sat is a honeywell w/ rh, rc,w,y,g. The blue & red wires are hot.
My unit comes on. (inside and outside). The thermosat shows "return" and there is no cold air.
I just moved into a condo with a Maple Chase thermostat. I think I have programmed it the way I want but I can't find a way to get to the clock to set it. Can you help or explain?
Hello everyone! I installed a thermosat today and I think (Well I no) that I have the wiring mixed up because the heat is not working. And it's very cold and I really would like some help! Now there are four wires One Green One Red and Two Yellow one's. :eek:
