    Can you tell me what is borrowing 3,750 cash by signing a short-term note payable is a financing or a investing activity?


    Paid 31,375 cash to reduce the long-term notes payable a financing or a investing activity?

    It seems like a financing activity. If you don't have the required amount of reserves, you would have to borrow and this would show up in the financing area. If you have a profit, you would pay the loan off or just make a payment.
