    ARC Fault Breakers

What is the correct method to wire in a new ARC FAULT BREAKER into the panel? Does the white wire from the breaker go into the grounding bar and the white wire from the circuit wire go into the 2nd screw on the breaker? At the price they charge you would think they would include a diagram with these things!
    Thanks-
