    Ridge vent on house
    Hi,my question for the day is should you see daylight through ridge vent on house or garage,also
    Will it let extra moisture into building so that if you had a freezer in garage would you get moisture on the outside of freezer,thank,s

    Some ridge vents will let some light into a home but you would have to crank your neck and get up pretty close. The ridge bent is an out vent not an in vent so it lets no moisture or air inside. If you have moisture on your freezer it is really old and not well insulated or you have extremely high humidity, maybe both. Is the mositure right around the door or lid? That could be a bad seal.
