    h1b second year . What forms should I use
    Hi,

    I appriciate the effort put in these answers. I have a couple of questions.

    I am single, on h1b from india since oct 2007. In upstate New York. Travelled to India for two weeks in nov 2008. Stayed in the same company. What forms should I use to file my tax returns. And what deductions can I use.

    For 2008 you will file resident tax return Form 1040-EZ or 1040A or 1040. Read about H1-B tax filing: Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas
