    Whirlpool Quiet Partner 1 Upper Spray Arm not moving.
    Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Its not moving, and causing the dishes on the upper rack to not get cleaned. Water is getting to every other part, but this arm does not spin.

    I forgot to mention this is a dishwasher.
