My son's ex-girlfriend gave up custody to her aunt without informing my son. When he tried to set up child support on his own is when he found out that the mother didn't have custody but rather her aunt did. According to court papers the Mother had informed the court she did not know how to contact the Father. But phone records indicate they were never out of contact!
