    Non Custodial Penalties?
    What do you do when the non custodial parent violates court order for visititation??

    You go back to the same Court and request that the other parent be held in contempt.

    HOWEVER, you (and the Court) cannot FORCE a parent to visit. If it's a question of not bringing the child back, then it's contempt.

    If it's a question of not exercising visitation, it is NOT contempt.
