Going to Court - what to Bring?
My wife is being sued by Target Visa and Mann Bracken is handling the case. I see their name all over this website from other people. We are to appear in court this coming Wednesday, Jan. 21st. I have filed a motion to deny the debt with the court and then was sent the letter to appear, which is where we are now.
I am not sure what to bring besides the two of us.

I've heard stories of them not even showing up and so on. I am grateful to find this website and I hope I get some good sound advice.

Someone's who been there and done that would be awesome.

    Thanks Guys.

What is your defense? That determines your type of proof - for example, if it's out of Statute then that is the information you need to take with you, last payment, last activity.

Mann Bracken is certainly actively collecting for many companies. I'm not aware they have a pattern of non-appearance.
