    Small Claims Jurisdiction
I have a friend that owes me money. I am going to have to take him to small claims court to get it. The problem is that I have moved to another state.

If I take him to court, which court to I go to:

    A) my local county now
    B) his local court now
    C) the court district that I lived in when the debt was conceived
