    Free internet sites for looking up public records?
    Are there such things as free internet sites to look up public records, such as finding out if someone owns certain properties that they are trying to hide?

    There are ways to look up owners of property through GIS websites, but they are ran by county and you would have to know what counties you wish to search in.
