Fan motor shut of for 3 hrs, then came on
    Hi,

We had a storm in OKlahoma last night and my fan motor on my outside unit stopped turning. We checked the fuses and breaker and it wasn't that. So I called a repairman and he will be out to the house today. But now after 3 hours of being down, the fan motor is up and running again. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Should I still have a repairman come out at $75.00 if it's up and running again?

Thanks so much for any feedback!!

It appears judging by the time and date, the repair man is there or on his way. Yes it still should be checked, since there is an intermittent problem, the unit will certainly fail again.

Let us know what the problem was.
