    Who can enforce city ordinances

    Hi, nelson2005!

    Around where I live, sure they can if they need to, but they might not need to if other kinds of departments are already supposed be enforcing certain ordinances.

    That might not be the case in all places and it might depend on the location and what the ordinances are that you're asking about. So, it would be helpful to know something about that from you.
