Leaking shower head with Delta valve
I have a shower that does not stop dripping and now the drip turned into a full on shower so I have to turn the water main off when I am not using the shower. I took shower head off and replaced. That was not the problem. I took apart the Delta Valve got new gaskets and springs and still leaks. At first I thought I put them on wrong so I flipped and turned the gaskets and springs every which way but the shower still pours when the water is on. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please help Thank you.

When you had the valve apart did you turn the water back on for a moment to flush out any trash that may be blocking the closing of the seats? Ifnot go back and do it. Good luck, Tom
