    Guardianship of disaged fatehr
    I have recently lost my Mom and my Dad has dementia. I'm considering getting guardianship over him and his estate. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to AMHD. I am sorry for the loss of your Mom. You are on the right track about guardianship of your father, especially if you have siblings.
