View a '07 Excel as a '03 viewer would see it
My problem is that I have '07 and most of my office has '03.

My spreadsheets can get pretty elaborate, and sharing becomes tough.

What I'd love is an emulator (or simulator) that I could add-on or paste a spreadsheet in that would show me what my '07 creation would look like to others that open it in '03.

Anybody know of any such a program?

    • Yes, I know I can save it as an '03 compatible file and/or they can have the converter patch, but it still has flaws.
    • Yes, I know I could buy '03, but that's last case scenario.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Microsoft has a free Excel viewer for each version of Office. And I save 2007 created sheets in XLS mode all the time with no problem.

Perfect, Scott! Thanks. I found it at download.com, installed it, and it's just what I needed.

    Thanks for the quick response.
