    Anyone try Slimquick?
    Hi Everyone:

I was wondering if anyone has tried Slimquick. What were your results? Anything bad about the product besides the caffine? Also, I was wondering if this dietary supplement effects Birth Control. My pharmacist was unsure about this but said most likely not. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! :)

I seriously don't think there's anything bad about caffeine. Too much of anything is bad but used as a supplement caffeine definitely boosts your metabolism a level up... But with these slim shake things there is a lot of added SUGAR which is bad because it leads to crashes and unnecessary calories. I steer clear of those Shake things it's a horrible way to replace a solid healthy meal on a regular basis. I would instead go for those small portion sized EAS Bars instead with a full glass of water. Less garbage, sugar free, high protein and you only have to eat 1/2 at a time. With those Slim Shakes you have to drink the whole can once you open it right? It's a crutch to reduce a persons poor eating habits at first, but why not prepare a can of tuna with olives to take with you as an incredibly healthy alternative? Sludge is not a good thing.
