    More Relinquishing rights

    I am a mother who would like to terminate my guardianship/parental rights of 2 of my children. They have lied that I child abuse them and they are 16 and 15. They have become temporary wards of the State of Maryland and I do not want any ties to them. How would I file to get all ties terminated?

    If the allegations are found to be true, don't worry - the state of MD will take care of it for you.

    You do not currently have guardianship or parental rights to terminate.

    Seek counselling. Now.

    The case workers who have removed your children may be able to help you.
