I have had my period since I was 10 years old. I have never really had a 'normal' period. I never really know when I am going to get it except for my lower back starts to hurt really bad. I will go two months with out and one month with it. So far I have had my period for 3 weeks and my back was hurting again. Then today I had large blood clots. The size of a baby carrot. I have had blood clots before but not this big, and it is usually after I haven't had it in a while. I don't know if it is due to my childhood or not. I was sexually molested when I was 7 to the age of 14. I am now 24 years old. I have gone to several obgyn's when I was younger and they said that everything was normal. I have not gone in the last two years due to not health insurance. Is this something I need to worry about? I feel normal except for heavy bleeding and blood clots.

Don't feel alone, I have the same things going on. I bleed in clot and have really heavy flow. I don't know what is going on either...
